The first edition takes place in a three-day window between September 2027 and April 2028, at a large-scale event venue in Rotterdam — a stage of this size the Dutch Latin dance scene has never had access to before — to be confirmed. Two hours of live band music every evening in every hall, with a different band each night, one hour of Co-creation on one stage, then DJ sets and social dancing on every floor — one ticket, all three halls, all three nights.

Prices and the sale date are announced together with the confirmed festival dates. Ticket sales and access run through LatinFire.AI. A share of every edition is reserved for the Latin Fire Health Fund, giving free tickets to people on a low income or facing health challenges.
